    Nice landlord but be prepared for mice

    Pros:
    Good location, garbage well taken care of.
    Cons:
    Took long time to approve application. Mice. Landlord refused to make structural fixes needed to prevent rodents. Buzzer system outdated and broken. Packages frequently stolen.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix structural issues to prevent mice.
