    Corrupt Landlord doesn’t care

    Neighborhood parking trees
    Cons:
    No heat, defected electricity, poor plumbing., no kitchen venting. landlord never answers calls or emails.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of your buildings the humane way.

    Great rooftop view.
    Cons:
    Landlords will not address your needs for months at a time. Moldy basement that spreads through the entire building.
    Toxic chemical smells. Rodents.
    My clothes now smells of mold.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat your tenants like human being. You're lucky you don't get sued for dealing with health issues in a timely manner.
