Moldy old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great rooftop view.
Cons:
Landlords will not address your needs for months at a time. Moldy basement that spreads through the entire building. Toxic chemical smells. Rodents. My clothes now smells of mold.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like human being. You're lucky you don't get sued for dealing with health issues in a timely manner.
