Good building, good landlord
Pros
Great building, with a very honest and responsive landlord and super. Very clean and well-maintained, high ceilings. Lots of windows, with lots of light on the top floor. New appliances that work well. Convenient location, close to the G.
Cons
Street noise can be loud on the Court St. side, though the back is quiet. Water pressure/temperature was iffy in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The stairs are very steep. Landlord was strict about not painting and putting nails in the walls.
