Nice Yard Space, Iffy Management
Pros
Building was kept clean and residents were quiet.
Cons
Had trouble getting ahold of management when there were issues. The heat was completely nonfunctional for multiple weeks during the winter of 2018 and every time a resident would call, they would leave an unreturned voicemail or be told that this was the first time management was hearing about the issue. They also raised rent substantially between the first and second year of my lease and provided no reasoning. Said they mailed my security deposit back but I never received it.
Advice to the owners
Restructure your calling system and resident portals to make it easier to get in touch with building management when needed.
