    Nice spot to live

    Pros:
    The landlord is responsive to requests, the building is pretty quiet, paying rent is very easy and prices are not getting hiked on us like in many buildings.
    Cons:
    Landscaping could be better during the warm months

    Some times take some time to get things done but things rarely need attending to
