    Pros:
    The neighborhood is amazing
    Cons:
    Packages got stolen, extremely loud there is no sound proofing. The owners are awful at fixing things and very cheap. You will not get your security deposit back for no reason. The building is in foreclosure. The landlords are just awful people, renter beware!
    Advice to owner:
    Stop stealing your tenants security deposits and thinking you are above the law.
