    Beautiful building with great outdoor and storage space. Well maintained.

    Pros:
    All the apartments are newly renovated. The Landlord John is a very easy going guy. The neighborhood is one of the best in the city
    Cons:
    No washer dryer machine
    Advice to owner:
    My advice is that he keeps being fair to his tenants
