    Charm in Boerum Hill
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Few neighbors, only three units.
    Access to laundry in basement.
    Corner building so many windows and lots of light!
    Cons:
    It’s an old building and there’s some maintenance neglect and a few roaches.
    Roof leaks through windows with really heavy rainfall.
    Doorbells / buzzers don’t work.
