    Great place to live

    Pros:
    Loved living in this building, Washer and dryer in unit and mini splits ac was great.
    Cons:
    There was an issue with a neighbor smoking on the fire escape and the smoke wafting in to other units but it was rectified.

    management is pretty responsive, apartment interior is clean and up to datet

    poor water pressure, very slow to get hot
