    Pros:
    Convenient location
    Nice size
    Nice maintinence staff
    Cons:
    Loud at night especially and hear trains and neighbors
    Constant rent hikes
    Hallways not well maintained
    No upgrades outside of patchwork repairs
    Consistent rodent problem
    Landlord is typical and transactional. Doesn’t seem to care about anything but getting the most rent.
    Advice to owner:
    Stay grounded in the value of people not the property value
