    Solid spot in Gowanus / Park Slope
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice little building on the same street as Threes and Insa. My floor had its own bathroom for each bedroom. Landlord is fairly responsive. Affordable for the area. Generally quiet at night.
    Cons:
    Bugs, weird smells sometimes (like when it rains), mail situation is a mess, occasionally some tenants noisy late into the night.
