    The location is great.

    The rooftop has nice views
    Cons:
    There is a lot of movement in the building, people are constantly in and out.

    The building is not well maintained.

    On-site washing machine/dryer does not work.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix up the common areas and better maintain the building.
