    Pros:
    Great neighbors, convenient location
    Cons:
    Landlord attempted to dishonestly withhold a portion and then the entirety of the security deposit until threatened with legal action. Refused to provide proper documentation of repairs. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the process.

    Poor air quality and high noise levels due to heavy industrial traffic that runs continuously. Expect to keep windows closed or see soot accumulate on sills within minutes. Continuously passing trucks cause a loud bang that is felt throughout the building and felt especially during the early hours of the morning. Intermittent heat and hot water in the winter, lackadaisical response from mgmt even during extreme weather events and holidays.
