    Pros:
    Clean, accessible, close to train station, and not many maintenance problems
    Cons:
    Not a great trash setup

    Pros:
    It was walking distance to work, was very affordable when I lived there many moons ago, and had great light!
    Cons:
    Good luck trying to get a good nights sleep with the BQE lulling you. The whole building would shake when trucks went by!
