    Like fly infestations, brown water and no real super?
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The front door system only broke once a week.
    Cons:
    No super living in the building, or nearby. No idea who they were, their contact detail.
    The owners did nothing when someone broke into the building and stole the first super's tools.
    The owners did nothing when a dog bit another resident.
    The owners did nothing for two weeks when there was a fly infestation that covered the floor.
    The owners did nothing when the entire building requested fly screens.
    Did not provide screens on windows or doors.
    Did not provide safe parcel storage.

    If you want a property management service that only acts like a puppet and waiting 3 days for a response from the answering service -- go for it. All the reviews on Google are written by the team. There's water stains and mold on the walls.
    Advice to owner:
    It wouldn't hurt to care even a little bit for the amount you charge in rent.
