Very noisy and tons of traffic (garbage trucks)

Solid older construction. Decent price for space

Cons

Very noisy and lots of traffic, right on an on-ramp of the BQE. Building is in the vicinity of a Sanitation Department Depot, so tons of trash trucks rolling by. Experienced several clogged drains across the plumbing, water dripping from the ceiling, and unresponsive super.

Advice to the owners

Get a responsive super and look at building wide plumbing renovations

they are getting better about managing the trash. stairways/hallways are mostly fine as well, although it’s more to due to responsible tenants - there is no regular cleaning of those areas by management
