    A true gem
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    A small owner run building. The best landlord I’ve had in NYC. wish I hadn’t moved.
    Cons:
    The bar across the street can be loud especially because the windows aren’t sound proofed.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what your doing!
