    Avoid this building at all costs, owner a slumlord, management/super AWFUL

    Pros:
    Quiet block, laundry close
    Cons:
    Mice infestation
    Landlord and super are terrible, unresponsive and straight up rude
    They will not make an effort to solve issues with your unit, they will gaslight you and delay delay delay
    Advice to owner:
    Try, just try to be a better person

    Pros:
    It was roomy, and the outside of the building is cute
    Cons:
    Unfinished, and you had to outright harass the actual Llc to get a single thing fixed (super would never follow through). Even when the issue was damaging to their own property. Don’t believe the realtor that anything will be done before you move in
    Advice to owner:
    Be better people? advice to property owner, lol, as if they care
