    Great Neighborhood, awful management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighborhood, neighbors. Apt space, fellow tenants.
    Cons:
    Hallways are dirty, windows aren't doubled paneled so outside noise travels in easily. Front entrance often breaks, buzzers don't work well.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat your tenants with respect. We are all adults in these partnerships.
