    Good deal but some issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighbors are friendly and nice. Landlord responds quickly to issues. Rent stabilized. The units are clean. They allow pets.
    Cons:
    We are supposed to sweep/clean the common hallways/steps ourselves (so steps are usually dirty). Warehouse across the street sometimes has very loud parties. Third avenue is very industrial and can be loud.
