    Good location but noisy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Reasonable rent, close to park.
    Cons:
    Foundation is over the R train and there is frequent rumbling and vibrations. Windows facing 4th Avenue are thin - heat / sound travel easily through.
    Advice to owner:
    Be upfront about noise and subway.
