    Great neighbors, not so great landlord

    Pros:
    Neighbors are great, it's a pet friendly building and there's barely any noise (may have more to do with the area than the building).
    Cons:
    Landlord is a slumlord.

    Avoid at all costs

    Pros:
    - Short walk to the D train.
    Cons:
    - Owner is a slumlord
    - Illegally cut our electricity for two weeks
    - Roaches
    - Owner has inspectors/city employees paid off, so even if you report issues, they will never be fixed.
    - Structural and water damage that the owner refuses to repair
    - Mold
    - If you report any issues to management, they will just blame you, and do nothing
    Advice to owner:
    Throw yourself over the Verrazano Bridge
