Pros

Beautiful amenities (gym, pool, roof, office space, terrace, etc.), amazing front desk workers, brand new building and apartment

Cons

Crazy high rent when we signed on, loud-busy neighborhood, felt like we were living in a teeny box in the sky

There is a serious issue with electrical billing and the apartments are a little small but nothing crazy
