    Great building, slightly overpriced

    2 full bathrooms
    gym in basement
    sweet roof and view
    laundry in basement
    responsive management
    Cons:
    located next to fire station so can be loud at night but usually not a big issue
    small rooms
    Advice to owner:
    stop letting packages get stolen
