    Great building, luosy neigbors

    Pros:
    Building is great. 3 Blocks from subway. Plenty of shopping areas.
    Cons:
    Some neighbors are loud. Loud music at night. Person above me always stomping on floor.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work maintaining the building. Screen tenants more properly.
