    Rat Infestation in the walls
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful apartment on second floor and close to the train!
    Cons:
    Landlord lives on first floor and has loud children who tried to threaten me when I lived there.
    Rats chewed threw my bedroom wall under my bed and there was brand new baby mice in kitchen behind fridge, also I kept the apartment spotless- landlord blamed it on me at first and acted clueless to the rats living in the walls.
    Only offered my deposit back if I wouldn’t leave a review? Strange behavior.
    Advice to owner:
    Hopefully you are more kinder and professional with future tenants
