A home in Sunset Park
Pros
The super, who lives on ground floor, was very kind and quick to help with any problems. There was a bit of a language barrier but we could always figure it out together. The floors were very sturdy and you could jump all you want, and they wouldn’t hear you downstairs. Right by the subway, too!
Cons
Sometimes neighbors would play loud music throughout a whole weekend day, but that doesn’t happen often. There were some small roaches, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC standards.
