    Pros:
    Small building, excellent location near subway and bus stops, laundromat downstairs, landlords work at the deli downstairs so very easy to communicate with, but would come up with any excuse not to spend money on anything broken
    Cons:
    Stairwell needs updating, a bit noisy at night being on 2 main roads
