    Horrible landlord with a neglected property
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Nice neighborhood, relative ease of access to things. In fact, the location is why I took the apartment.
    Cons:
    - Cheap landlord that will do everything he can to save money on repairs or upkeep
    - Bathrooms and apartments are poorly maintained. After a few months, the apartment will begin to fall apart.
    - Landlord sits outside most weekends, talking loudly
