Rent stabilized and clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, never saw a roach or mouse, recently renovated, responsive super (but not always willing to fix problems), good location in South Slope, easy to deal with management on lease renewals
Cons:
Low water pressure, thin walls, far from the subway, had to push to get the rent stabilization rider in the lease
Advice to owner:
Don’t let your broker hide that it’s rent stabilized, because you do follow the law on that
