Apartments are clean and have beautiful moldings. There is a dishwasher, laundry downstairs in unit AC and roof deck. New Owner/Landlord cares a lot about the building and is on top of what needs to be done. Has all the charm of an older building
Walls can be thin. Haven’t experienced the winter here yet so not sure about the heat. Don’t have many cons
