    Nice spacious apartment

    Lots of space and outdoor space especially. Landlord very responsive.
    Cons:
    Dark, issues with garbage and some nosy neighbors

    Owner does not upkeep building, huge pest control issue
    Advice to owner:
    Rent 3rd floor, not second floor
