    Overpriced, old building, unresponsive landlord

    Nice location, spacious apartment
    Cons:
    Overpriced, old, landlord very unresponsive & not friendly at all.

    Fine building, rude landlord.

    Great location, building has lots of character
    Cons:
    We had mice and a few roaches here and there. Landlord does not spray and does not provide common area cleaning. Will nickel and dime you on security deposit and Is simply mean.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat your tenants and neighbors with respect!! It’s simple
