    Decent place for the time being

    Pros:
    Apartments had decent light and a nice tree out front to look at.
    Cons:
    You can hear every movement of the people below.

    Building was beautiful and well maintained, great light
    Cons:
    Since its a brownstone there was no buzzer which was annoying at times
    Advice to owner:
    Pick up your dogs poop in the winter time
