    Nice enough with attentive management

    Pros:
    Felt pretty safe. Good location. Neighborhood quiet.
    Cons:
    Pretty quiet unless the neighbors are loud. You can hear everything through the walls. Feels like people’s conversation are happening in your own apartment.
    Packages get stolen and there are not that many apartments in the building. Very suspect.
    My heat or a/c broke every time the weather changed.
    Advice to owner:
    More security cameras to prevent theft.
