    Quintessential value extracting PE backed owner looking to eliminate nearly all operating expenses while increasing gross rents by 8%+ on an annual basis (JV between The Carlyle Group and Greenbrook)

    60 degree internal temperature in winter months
    Off-shore property management not responsive or helpful
    No cleaning or trash services
