The management company is slow to respond to repair requests to the point of negligence. Leaks go years without fixes. Ceilings fall in. The heat & hot water are unavailable a few times a year. The building has been infested with large roaches for over 10 years. Rats have recently been seen in the basement. No show super does the minimum.
Advice to owner:
Regular maintenance would make huge difference to the quality of life in the building.

Pros:
I'm really happy I lived here ultimately. The apartments are well-sized for one person, the super is very kind and hard-working, and the management company was easy to work with.
Cons:
My unit did not have warm shower water sometimes in the winter.
