Large apartment. Great location.
Cons:
Nightmare tenant on 3rd floor. Constant noise. Drug use.
Advice to owner:
Evict the nightmare tenant.

Nice location, bad landlord

Pros:
Location near park, fairly large apartments.
Cons:
Landlord allows one loud, disrespectful tenant to continue living in building despite destroying property and threatening other tenants. It makes the units near hers unlivable. Landlord is aware and refuses to do anything.
