    Great, well maintained brownstone apartment

    Super quiet, high ceilings, nice ceiling fans, clean and well maintained building, washer/dryer
    Cons:
    No major cons.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep doing what you're doing! Thanks for making it a lovely home for 2 years.
