    Great coop in park slope!

    Cockroaches and long commute to manhattan

    Pros:
    This is a co-op building. My experience here was as a renter. Very nice and quiet building. No problems ever with neighbors. Somewhat diverse residents, ethnically and age-wise. You can't beat the location!
    Cons:
    Roaches in apartment ... saw a live one once.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better exterminator!
