The location is great, everything is in close proximity. Friendly neighbors, super is available most of the time.
Cons:
Awful pest control for an old building surrounded by restaurants. The intercom hasn't been updated since the last century. Same goes for appliances.
Advice to owner:
Update your property, it's time. The turnaround for tenants is very high for a reason.

Cons:
Had a dirty, broken apartment when I moved in with dead roaches and bait all over the cabinets and living behind the kitchen counter. After a year of pest control, they’re still all over the building and in the hallways. Also had mold, mice and pigeon droppings. The super won’t do anything unless you specifically research and tell him everything he needs to do. I ended up spending over $1k in my own pest control to make the apartment livable
