Decent apt in great location for great price

Pros

Price price price. In this location for this price I’m willing to put up with a lot and for a NYC apt it’s really not much. Landlord lives downstairs and has always been polite and friendly if we have any issues

Cons

A little worse for wear. Mouse (no not rats) issue. And we have to handle garbage ourselves which for the price is worth it. A big con is that we have to move! We will miss this place!

Advice to the owners

None landlord is renovating entire building for family so will have no more tenants.
