    Nice building, nice area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Well enough managed, good noise control, clean smelling and looking, no significant pest problems, great neighborhood
    Cons:
    Some significant heat problems which were very difficult to resolve over a period of 2 years throughout the winter. Financial difficulties with landlord.
