    Not the best landlord and super
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Convenience to the subway and restaurants
    Cons:
    The central heat was awful. Was so cold. Took them a month to do some construction to improve things since my room was below 55 which was the legal minimum. Super doesn’t live nearby either and isn’t available after hours
    Advice to owner:
    Fix things faster and don’t start construction before. A holiday and then finish it a month later
