we lose heat for days at a time in the winter simply because they don't maintain the boiler; we went without cooking gas for SIX MONTHS in 2022 (it was horrible); roaches; the trash area is always too full which attracts rats; management is impossibly cagey and unresponsive; crazy 22% (!!!!!!!) rent increase after the first year despite all of this (we negotiated a small concession because of the whole NO GAS situation). they are charging insane rents for the size of these units................

No gas, we were given electric stoves instead. The heat is currently out and only sporadically works in winter. The days it is on you have to open all of the windows so it isn’t 90° inside. The hot water is incorrectly calibrated and comes out boiling and will burn you if you aren’t careful. LL is aware of these violations and have seemingly no intention of correcting them
