Pros:
Soo close to the park, gorgeous old apartment, very safe. Entire building is very quiet and enjoyable to live in. Beautiful natural light. Loved living here so much.
Cons:
Water pressure is not great, didn't have hot water for most of the winter, no fire alarms. Very far from the trains; hard to get to other parts of Brooklyn.

Pros:
No issue with the owners. Easy early move out when I got pregnant. Clean building. No roaches or pests.
Cons:
Only downside is that the bars outside can be loud, especially on the weekends.
