- Well Maintained Overall - Super Quiet - Very Dog Friendly
Cons:
- Could be cleaner along the stairwell - Would appreciate the backyard to be more of a communal space for all tenants

Pros:
- It is nice that you have a large outdoor balcony right outside your bedroom that you can use. It's especially nice in the summertime to sit outside and get fresh air. - The building tenants are quiet for the most part so you won't be disturbed by your neighbors - The appliances are newer and work well (refrigerator, stove) - You'll get nice sunlight in the morning in the back of the building (bedroom), and sunlight in the living room/kitchen area in the afternoon
Cons:
- The heat is fairly unbearable in the winter time where it's approximately 80-90 deg F in the apt. If you love it hot, then this may not be an issue. There is no way to turn off/close the radiators from inside your apt. The radiators are fairly noisy as well, but this is generally all radiators. - There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire building. Tenants will often leave clothes in the machine for long-periods of time, such that you will need to take them out so you can use it, if you have a strict schedule of needing to get your laundry done. - Building management not really empathetic to when you have issues. They may or may not tell you when an issue is fixed, and even if they say it's fixed, it may not be. You may end up contacting them about the same issue multiple times without any actual resolution. - Water has leaked from the ceiling on multiple occasions with no fix by management - The front door does not always close on it's own, even mild winds outside will cause the shutting mechanism to not have enough force to close the door automatically. - Multiple packages have been stolen from the building, likely due to the door issue above. I don't believe it's any of the tenants (although it could be), but it's more likely from outside folks being able to walk right into the building. - I would not say there is a bug infestation but there are definitely bugs in the building. I dealt with cockroaches upon move in (seemingly went away after a few months). What lingered throughout my time were smaller bugs (cockroach-like but smaller) that you might find scampering in your cabinets or the bathroom or across the floor.
