    Good Spot on Corner
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to R train, on 5th Avenue and close to restaurants, bars. Landlord is a family-owned company and pretty responsive. Building is fairly well maintained and we never had a mice or roach issue
    Cons:
    A little old, some apartments could use updating.
