    Loved living here but

    Pros:
    Amazing price
    Great location
    Beautiful crown molding and bathtub
    Cons:
    Nothing ever gets fixed in this building perhaps in part because its rent stabilized and some folks have been there for 30+ years. Wish they would fix things so we could have been a lifer!

    It's fine - old building, landlord seems like a good person, but not responsive.

    Pros:
    I love that this building is in Park Slope - I do like the charm of how old it is, but that charm can quickly wear off.
    Cons:
    Management does a poor job of maintaining the building - and is not very responsive.
