loved the location, the building, the apartment & its amenities, and how responsive / caring the landlord is

Cons

heat was a little finnicky in the winter, either wasn’t on or was extremely hot

Lovely older brownstone

Pros

Responsive and friendly landlord. Spacious layout. Stable rent, minimal increases over the years.

Cons

The building is old, although in decent condition. If you are looking for new and modern, this is not the place for you.
